| Tinacci is very careful to protect your personal data and follows a set of strict rules in conformity with Italian law concerning privacy.

“In conformity with art. 10, law 31 dicembre 1976, no. 675, and in relation with the personal data to be used, we inform you of the following:
1. The use of the personal data you furnished us will be limited to:
- operations connected with our commercial enterprise (fulfillment of accounting and fiscal obligations, administration of clientele and/or suppliers, settlement of disputes):
- commercial purposes (marketing and promotions);
- statistics.
The personal data sent by letter to our company may be seen also by our personnel not directly concerned with their use, for purposes of mail sorting. The personal data sent by fax to our company may be seen also by our personnel not directly concerned with their use, for purposes of delivering the correspondence to the proper department.
2. However, refusal can create difficulties in fulfilling obligations on our part, as well as increasing the cost of maintaining the commercial relationship.
4. The personal data concerned here may be communicated:
- to the authorities as required by law;
- to the chamber of commerce;
- to consultants or other professionals;
- to data elaboration centers;
- to collaborators;
- to banks and other credit institutions;
- to companies belonging to our group;
- to companies specializing in the gathering of commercial information;
- to our personnel, other than those directly involved in the handling of personal information, for the purposes of mail and shipping (only the name and address will be supplied);
- to couriers and shippers engaged by use for delivery of the merchandise;
We reserve the right to communicate any illegal activity to the law enforcement agencies.
5. Those who furnish their personal data to our company are protected by the provisions in art. 13 of law no. 675/96, and in particular may request at any time the status of the storage of their personal data and may request immediate cancellation from the data base.
They may also at any time, free of charge, and without having to furnish justification, refuse the use of their data for the receipt of advertising material or commercial information by any means, whether electronic or printed material, publication on our web site, marketing research, direct marketing activities, and the request of commercial information.
